Sittin' Chicken - Ceramic

Vertical roasters will hold a chicken or turkey upright during cooking, minimizing the space needed and ensuring even browning and cooking of the birds. Sittin' Chicken can be used the same way as the vertical roasters, but the center holds liquid such as fruit juice or beer to add moisture and flavor to the roasting chicken.
