Brisket 101 with Tom Curl of Tommy T’s BBQ
Learn how to make the perfect brisket in your own backyard.
In this hands on class all participants will receive a USDA Prime brisket that you will learn to trim with your very own KAI Pro bonding filet knife. You will take that brisket home to practice what Tommy has taught you on your Big Green Egg or smoker of choice.
Tommy will walk you thru the process from trimming your brisket to slicing the finished product and everything in between.
Of course as with all Wassi’s classes, be sure to come hungry. Tommy will have brisket on hand for you to try.
