Whether it is a Hawaiian luau, pig roast, wedding reception, birthday party, or neighborhood block party, a custom ordered roasting pig could accommodate any number of guests. Small roasting pigs (often referred to as "suckling pig") are served at some of the most premier restaurants and resorts in the world. Now, this delicacy can be yours to serve as the main entree for any occasion.   Suckling Pig: Whole Suckling Pig is a true delicacy and is served at the finest of establishments around the world. Our USDA whole suckling pigs range from 10-24 lbs and are our most popular item during the holiday season. Please allow 1.5 lbs of pig per guest when determining what size of suckling pig to order. Suckling pigs that weigh less than 20 lbs typically fit into a standard kitchen oven for roasting. When ordering, allow 12 to 24 hours for the pig to thaw completely.   Roasting Pig: Whole Roasting Pigs are excellent for feeding large numbers of guests. Our USDA farm fresh roasting pigs have been grain and milk fed to ensure the meats maximum flavor and tenderness. They are delivered raw and completely prepped and ready to cook (hair and insides removed). When ordering, allow 24 to 48 hours for the pig to thaw completely. Our pigs range in size from 25-130 lbs. Please allow one pound of pig per guest when determining what size to order. If you prefer pigs 24 lbs and smaller, please order a Suckling Pig.   CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO PIGS SMALLER THAN 25 - 30 lb.   NOTE: These pigs come fully dressed ready to roast, but are frozen.
