RiverWay Mike Meatloaf on the Big Green Egg

Ingredients:

• Meatloaf
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 med. onion chopped
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley 
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 2 tbls of Wassi’s Bourbon Maple Rub
• 1 tbls of Wassi’s Garlicky Butter Rub

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together an put on BGE @300° indirect. Brush on sauce 3 times in the last 20 minutes. Cook to internal temp of 150°.

Mashed Potatoes 

• 6 Potatoes white or red
• 1/2 stick of butter melted 
• 1 tbls Wassi’s Garlicy Butter Rub
• Cook Potaoes, Mash with butter and Wassi’s Rubs
